Oh it has substance - quite a lot I am hearing hence the press injunction.

 

Questions need asking as to why there is an ongoing press injunction in favour of Celtic FC.

I think it is quite clear why...

 

That's strangely convenient, however for it to be secret there would have to be a "super injunction". An injunction would suppress details of the accused etc in any pending cases, however there is nothing stopping the press or anyone else reporting an injunction, unless a super injunction was in place which would ban the reporting of the injunction.

It's a topical subject. Celtic are trying their hardest to keep this quiet but there has been a leak at the club and now it is out.

The level of compensation is immaterial. The fact that there is multiple victims, multiple abusers in the one institution over a number of years is the crux of the matter.

That isn't fantasy, unfortunately.
