I was green on eating and exercise, then orange on alcohol as I tend to only drink one day a week. But because I smoke about 5 ***s a day I'm going to drop dead at any moment apparently.

No, as I don’t want to know when I’m going to die.

 

I was even honest, but I only get pissed at the weekends. Don’t drink in the week so that probably helped.

 

yeah I think my saturday night lager binge dropped my down to an 8. Was still pretty pleased with that overall though.
Don't drink at all in the week either.

 

Yeah mine was 10+ pints on a Saturday and that still left me at 10 without the smoking. A 2 with it though so you can see how heavily that is weighted

 

Smoke more, the 1 is beckoning.

 

Mine had me down as living until I'm 81. Would be fairly happy with that. Any more than that and you're gonna start to crumble away anyway tbh.

 

Wouldn’t want to live past 75 to be fair.

 

Depends how fit you are though I suppose. I've got a mate called Pete the Yank who's 84 and still surfing (fit from surfing not ****ing)
