What should happen, and I believe they're looking into it, is have longer breaks but less of them, so play 3/4 games at a time and only have 3 breaks during the season.
What about a “taking the mick “ or banter coach? That would improve team spirit, increase morale and get everybody playing with the right attitude without team mates being offended. Another which springs to mind is a captaincy coach. This is a very important job. The captain is like a ships captain who is in overall control. All CEOs and directors get training. Why not the captain? And a wind up coach would be useful. The right amount of winding up of the opposition without being sent off yourself (like a Bardsley) could give us a massive advantage in a big match.
