Curran is a star. His introduction reminds me of when Darren Gough first played for England. He's a much better batsman, though.

Definitely the right time. England have won the series with a game to go and he can get a fitting send off at the Oval. I've never been a fan of his, but you can't argue with the stats and he seems like a decent bloke. Hopefully he'll bow out with a ton.
It's an aesthetic thing, really. I've always found him a somewhat ugly player to watch. He seemed to be all pushes and jabs rather than flowing drives. Still a great of the game, though.
