Pre-match stuff ... Attempted hack mischief on player unrest, and the new WHL saga. My advice to Pochettino on what the replies should be : 1. Now that the transfer window is closed, players are not going anywhere so the hacks should wait until the next window opens before asking questions about the latest gossip. 2. The club are dealing with getting new WHL ready ASAP. In the meantime the on-pitch personnel are committed to getting the best performance from the team on-pitch, regardless of where the games may be played.
Following the Audi advert the other day, we're now doing the same for IWC, apparently. That stadium's not going to pay for itself, I guess. I think that this is the cheapest model that they have available, clocking in at £3,690. Sorry about the pun.
Busy thread already ! We have started well but were lucky last week (for once !) against Palace as Foster made some good saves plus Capoue should have been sent off ...amazed he would be the one to try such a tackle tbh! We seem to have an attacking threat which wasn't expected but naturally you are a step up. Trippier always plays well against us for starters! I'd take a point tbh . Enjoy the trip!
Win today and against the mousers on the 15th, we'll be pushin' pussy, two losses and we'll be sucking dick. COYS!!!
Cheers 2 teams playing good attacking football with confidence. Should be a cracker so expect a dull 0-0 A win is very important for us today - I guess more than Watford, but whilst I expect Tripps to start against his 'pocket' team, we are missing Sonny who also does well against you. Will be interesting to see how you deal with Lucas. If he hits the form of the last few games you'll have your work cut out
I don't get a chance to watch many games but whenever I do, Spurs seem to lose. I'm watching the game today so feel free to blame me if Spurs lose.
Not much attacking options on that bench, but good to see Wanyama may be near ready for senior duty again.
With Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and City all winning (with only chelsea playing well) and united pretty much guarenteed a win after Burnley's EL exit on Thursday, today is a must win game...coys
today is gonna a slog...need to start fast and not give them any encouragement. Worried about Vorm as he is not the best in crowded penalty areas and Watford will use that to their advantage.
Know what you mean but there appears to be a widely held opinion at both club and country level that Harry has 'leadership' qualities on the pitch. Personally I'm an advocate for a central defender or MF player as skipper if there is an suitable candidate. But there again, I'm (very) old school
