Can't ****ing sleep, been like this for the past week or so but I bet I still wake up at 6am ffs.

Been trying to sleep for 3 hours or so now.

1 side-effect of the tablets is pins and needles in your hands or feet. Doesnt sound too bad does it, but try getting your hands into a comfortable position for even 5 minutes without waking you up! It just isnt bloody possible!

I always put an audiobook on...or a podcast on whatever interests me..usually helps me nod off

Pins n needles are a pain when they occur aand you are half asleep!

 

Got one of those sleep apps on my phone mate. Tried that. I fall asleep and a few minutes the pins and needles wake me up.
Most annoying!!

Had a good day as well!

Walked through the fatigue around MK and eased the pressure on my bank account in the sales! Got some Timberland gear half price and an Under Armour top less than half price! Plus a few other bits in the sales. Well pleased!
