During lock up or recreation? Obviously prisons' look grim but when you get used to it it's nowhere near as bad as people like to think.
It's all lies... although I do know of a few newbies getting 'spooned' in the showers. First timers that are clearly addicts getting bent over and a spoon put up their arse to see if they brought any heroin in to ease their first week or so.
