TV has gone to the ****s with constant repeats and and ad breaks every 5 minutes for 5 minutes. That is why I download the few TV shows I watch or else I just read a book.

I hardly watch any telly. But "Page Eight", a spy drama, was excellent. Think it was on BBC2 on Sunday past. Watched it on catch up TV last night.

    Details here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1797469/

    Fair play to you.

There is simply nothing on that interests me... <doh> It's just full of **** American Police shows and lame 'Celebrity' reality shows...<grr>

My most recent favourite has to be "Ghost Hunting with The Only Way Is Essex".

Am not sure which is more depressing, the people who think these shows up, or the intended audience ?

There are some decent programmes on.

Hollyoaks, home and away, Scrubs, Friends, Ricky Gervais show, inbetweeners, skins, misfits, idiot abroad, lost, heroes are all very good. Plus theres plenty of sport on.

I wouldnt expect most of you old fogeys to like them though. For young people its fine. You oldies are so stereotypical lol "it was better in my day" etc lmao

Jesus Holt, you get worse. If you didn't like Man United I'd think you were completely devoid of any taste whatsoever.

Agree with most posts, TV has really hit the depths. I find myself watching the same old re-runs of shows I used to watch 20 years ago (or more) rather than anything new. It isn't through a lack of trying mind, my other half loves the telly and I have had to put up with her "taste" in entertainment for ages.

How many more feckin shows can there be about Vampires? That dopey looking twat R-Pats has got a whole lot to answer for!

And forensic cop shows, don't get me started! It will be CSI Bognor next.

X-Factor can just pucker up and kiss my backside (but Tulisa is a hotty, looks like the kind of girl that would do ANYTHING for a bottle of WKD)

My TV confession is Man vs Food, where a Yank goes round the USA stuffing his face with gigantic burgers and steaks. Oddly compelling. Apart from checking out SkySportsNews and the motorbike racing there isn't much else I can be arsed with. Oh, and Family Guy - quality.
