Negative about Spurs, Spurs, Spurs, Spurs, black people, Muslims, Corbyn's a terrorist, Infowars, loving Boris Johnson. Every. ****ing. Time. What's that about?
The latter seems to attract a variety of similarly minded Neanderthals..... With that level of hatred you'd think they should be in the Chav gene pool
It seems to me that some people would rather we had lost our first few games just so they could say "I told you so". I think some people would rather be right than the team they purport to support does well. I would also like to believe that since I support this team then everyone else who does are nice people. Unfortunately that is clearly not the case. And these are the sort of people that certain media outlets are going to look to when creating sensationalist stories, and attributing these pathetic* views to be representative of all supporters. * I really want to use a more forceful word but don't think there's one good enough in the language to express the disgust I feel for these individuals, who are using up air that other people could use, and have the same right to vote I do.
I'll hazard a guess and say that term the likes of Margaret Hodge and Luciana Berger throw around like a rock may be a suggestion...
We have SO much to thank MBJ for..... Didn't realise the scale of his influence over so many of our current squad. https://www.football.london/tottenham-hotspur-fc/players/mousa-dembele-spurs-news-jol-15088114
We should bring him back as the U23 manager. He's not doing anything and he lived in London for years.
Just bring him back.... Anywhere!! By the sound of it he could be a positive influencer in the new contract negotiations
We have been drawn as the home team against Watford in round three of the Carabao Cup. The fixture is scheduled to take place in the week commencing 24 September. As a result of both our new stadium and Wembley being unavailable during this week, we have applied to the EFL board for special dispensation to play this tie at Stadium MK. The Club was required to submit its application prior to this evening's draw and the board of the EFL will now consider our request at its next meeting on Thursday 6 September. We appreciate that Stadium MK may not be an ideal destination for every fan to get to on a weekday evening, however the Club felt it would not be beneficial to request a reverse of the fixture as it would have resulted in no more than a 10 per cent allocation of tickets for our supporters at the venue of our opponents. In contrast, we shall have a ticket allocation of up to 90 per cent at a neutral venue, ensuring greater access for our fans. Consideration was given to a number of different football stadia and for a variety of reasons – capacity, availability, facilities, accessibility, pitch quality and clubs still being in the competition themselves – it was simply not possible to secure a neutral venue within the M25. We are extremely conscious of having to ask our supporters to attend home matches at more than one venue and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Further details regarding the scheduling of our tie, along with ticketing, will follow in due course.
Surely we should've applied to have it played at a stadium that won't be used in the next round. Like Villa Park.
