Competition - Sky Bet Championship Date - Saturday, 1st September 2018
    Kick Off - 17.30
    Venue - The Den

Following last Saturday’s disappointing performance and result against Bristol City, when the Swans surrendered their unbeaten record in The Championship, next up for Potter’s men in the League is the visit to the Den to face Millwall.

The day after the Swans lost to Bristol City, Sean Raggett's first-half header gave Rotherham United a hard-fought victory over Millwall in their Championship encounter at the New York Stadium.

The defender, on loan from Norwich, glanced in Will Vaulks' cross and that was enough to earn the Millers their second league win of the season.

Millwall's best opportunities saw Jake Cooper's header and Tom Elliott's shot kept out smartly by Rotherham goalkeeper Marek Rodek as they piled on pressure without reward after the break.

The Lions lacked a cutting edge throughout the 90 minutes, although the wet and windy conditions in south Yorkshire made flowing football difficult for both sides.

Welsh international Tom Bradshaw did go close to netting an equaliser on his Millwall debut but his header flew over and Jed Wallace flashed a long-range effort past the post, as Rotherham defended stoutly.

Since their first meeting in 1921, Swansea and Millwall have met on 46 occasions - with both winning 18 matches, and 10 draws.

The teams last met in April 2011, when the Swans ran out 2-0 winners at the Den, courtesy of first half goals from Darren Pratley and Stephen Dobbie.

Turning to Saturday, if Leroy Fer starts, I think that the Swans should get at least a point.

This is a tricky one to predict. If we show the right attitude then I can see us coming away with a 1-1 or 0-0

so are a few teams in this league, but what they will do is get in our faces and bully us and I wonder if we have the players who will be able to deal with that, well to be fair in most of them we don't. maybe nick a draw, if they do what Birmingham did and get in our faces and get physical, only one winner and it wont be us, Rodons hardest test yet marking Morrison if he starts.

My Dad, gawd bless his cotton socks, was in the Signals Corps in the army, they had a motto 'Certa Cito' or, as the Siggies say, "Sh1t or Bust", I think our boys should have that tattooed on their chests.

They have to deal with it Leftie, they don't have a choice.

Not sure I care to be honest - the way the club is being run has me questioning my enjoyment of football full stop.

I see where you are coming from, never thought I would be able to stay away from the Liberty when the Swans were playing, but now I cant even think of going there, I can take relegation and can take not having a good side, but cant watch as our club is raped and ruined, once they (the current owners) are gone I will return to watch some games, but I fear that we could lose a lot of paying fans in this period.

The effect of being in the PL was massive on a new generation of fans. I remember noticing that so many more kids were around wearing Swans kits as opposed to Man U, Liverpool or Chelsea kits. I fear all that good work is being reversed because of the misery surrounding the Swans these last couple of years.

This is where I am at, at the minute, won’t put money into the club while these jokers asset strip our club, and care nothing for the game.

Was it good to see the way the Players raped the club then by picking up way way over the top wages for little effort....works both ways ..

Good. news that he's put in some decent performances in so far and seems to enjoy the his new found status as captain. With Fulton out Saturday it'll be interesting to see who Potter plays in the middle along side him .
