Yaya Toure's agent keeps fans guessing with midfielder's next move please log in to view this image In the past, football agents typically shunned the spotlight, preferring to negotiate multi-million pound contracts behind the scenes. Yaya Toure's agent of over 17 years, Russian Dimitry Seluk, is the exception and has been described as "eccentric", "extravagant" and "colourful". Since the 35-year-old's exit from Manchester City at the end of last season, he has been stirring the rumour mill, culminating in a series of teaser tweets on Tuesday. First, Seluk taunted fans living within touching distance of the M25, saying Toure had "passed a medical in London". please log in to view this image This sparked all sorts of conspiracy theories and fans started reading into his words and emojis like never before... "If a footballer has a medical in London, does they have to sign for a club in the same city?" "Is Watford technically in London?!" please log in to view this image Twitter suddenly looked like transfer deadline day, with people declaring they've been told it's a done deal. Everyone had "the scoop"... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image But Seluk decided to rule out a few potential destinations, trolling a couple of clubs along the way... please log in to view this image Ouch. He continued to fire metaphorical shots, this time at Crystal Palace - specifically their current boss Roy Hodgson and his comments after Manchester City's owners failed to wish Toure happy birthday during the end-of-season trip to Abu Dhabi in 2014. Hodgson, the then England manager, said he didn't know when any of his players' birthdays were and "didn't think it had anything to do with being a professional footballer". please log in to view this image He then reposted a mocked-up image of Toure wearing the home shirt of every London-based club in the Premier League, with the exception of the Hammers and Palace. please log in to view this image So, Arsenal? Chelsea? Tottenham? Fulham? Watford? Or somewhere else? Do you know where Yaya Toure's going? Or is this just a massive game of hide and seek? Either way, let's play along! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45346836
Declan Rice must decide if heart feels 'more Irish or English' - Manuel Pellegrini https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45345956
He's a tosser, played for the ROI U16's, U17's, U19's, U21's and 3 times at senior level(friendlies)and now wants to play for England. He's let a lot of people down in Ireland who invested time, effort and money into his international career. **** him.
couldn't tell you what they spent on him but it stretches credulity that he has played 3 times for Ireland and suddenly wants to play for england. Methinks the spivs have been leaning on him to up the price tag. All I know is he got roasted and taken off at half time by west ham so he could be the fall guy pelligrini blames and doesn't pick.
the england squad is out Goalkeepers: Jack Butland (Stoke), Jordan Pickford (Everton), Alex McCarthy (Southampton) Defenders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Fabian Delph (Manchester City), Joe Gomez (Liverpool), Harry Maguire (Leicester City) Danny Rose (Tottenham Hotspur), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), John Stones (Manchester City), James Tarkowski (Burnley), Kieran Trippier (Tottenham Hotspur), Kyle Walker (Manchester City) Midfielders: Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur), Eric Dier (Tottenham Hotspur), Jordan Henderson (Liverpool), Adam Lallana (Liverpool), Jesse Lingard (Manchester United), Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Chelsea) Forwards: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Danny Welbeck (Arsenal) only 4 players in but i am willing to bet at least 3 of them will be given longer than desirable on the pitch. henderson will prob play both games fully. Gomez will too. Dunno why they are even bothered with lallana... though looking at the ****ing state of the midfield.... dunno why they pick walker, taa and trippier as well. that seems a bit silly. walker is NEVER an RCB. I predict pickford gomez stones maguire trippier henderson Rose sterling Lingard alli rashford Kane
Yeah, one of the Dildo Brothers(Gold)has been spouting that he's English and that one day he'll follow in the footsteps of England captain Bobby Moore how blah blah. Said on the day he was named in the Ireland squad, after that Rice withdrew from the Ireland squad.
Really? someone somewhere must be pushing the guy. Maybe these guys know something about post brexit the rest of us dont? Or maybe they just want a cash cow like a kane or whoever.
Why bother with Delph, You've got Rose and Shaw at LB and its not a tournament so Southgate can call people up at the last minute if things go wrong injury wise so Jack-of-all-trades players aren't needed. If he's cover for Midfield, he's barely played there in the last 2 years and there are much better younger options. Lallana and Welbeck, again why bother. Both not really playing and there are probably better options. Another thing. The top6 clubs often get **** for not playing/having English players, but only 5 of the 23 play for Other clubs.

I think hes CM cover not LB cover surely? I think it just generally shows the sate of the game. Who missed out that lallana, delph and welbeck are in? TBH I could add TAA to that cos while he's got him in he also has walker and trippier as well I'm just trying to think of that 4 squad places who would come in... looking for 3 CMs (whilshire ) and a striker/winger
Southgate uses Walker as a CB so TAA is cover for Trippier at RB. I suppose the alternatives for Lallana and Delph would be Sancho, don't know how much he's been playing in Germany, Maddison, but he's relativity new to the Prem, Foden, but then again he's still new and young. As for Welbeck, I'd have taken a look at Gray, as I can't stand Welbeck. Also I don't think Shaw deserves a recall. One flukey goal and two ManU losses (he's a defender after all) and suddenly he's back to international standard. Is Chilwell injured or something?
Yeah I’m surprised chilwell hasn’t been given a shot. Similarly Bertrand has been far more consistent albeit in a bad team at LB over last year than anyone else
