I mean, they deserve that... Would have been harsh if we took it to pens like. It chafes horribly though
Like I say missed the first 10 so unless he was running rampant in those 10 I'd say those were his to highlights of the first half... To be fair to the two youngsters they were our best players on the pitch second half. Ref was a complete choke artist tonight, wouldn't dare give anything against Forest. A disgrace to his trade. Atsu shouldn't wear the shirt again, how that lad has made it as a professional footballer is beyond me, cant control/dribble/shoot/cross. How he has a place tonight ahead of Aarons? How were Forest playing decent stuff, triangles, one-twos around our players and we can barely string a passage of play together. Embarrassing and I blame the manager. Can say he is hamstrung by the board but he has to be able to coach them to play better than that for me.
Rondon and Perez need to be played together each and every single game! Even if it is so they just get used to each other. Lobby on the bench instead of Ki. Atsu/Murphy/Kenedy - all dropped and play that other Fernandez. Since we have no othe rleft backs, never ever drop Dummett Tell Ritchie, Shelvey and Lascelles to seek help from ACS.
I think we'll get better this season in time, and in patches play alright stuff, but they are making hard work of it at the moment and we are in for a painfully long, hard season. The players' touches and passing - basic stuff - if totally off, but then we had periods of this last season. It's what you get with a team full of players with limited ability.
