We don't do balls in net all that often either, but we did tonight. Only once, but once was enough; for once.
Well that made that coach journey a hell of a lot easier... Up the ****ing Cherri- ummm... I mean Saints
Everything was going brilliantly until I saw a quotation mark being used instead of an apostrophe. Now everything is **** again.
Stoked, didnt even know this game was on. What a pleasant surprise, once again Hughes has a lot to think about. His team formations and selections must be giving him headaches. Don't think he's seen enough to fully appreciate the way everyone plays week in week out. I sure as hell haven't. A victory, everyone. Enjoy it.
I think every manager needs a player or two to step forward and deliver results. I think it might actually be Nathan Redmond. Its been what, 4 games ? He's probably player of the season so far.....
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/16...and-hughes-plays-up-sams-chances/?ref=mr&lp=2 Hughes comments after game. No one else is leaving. Pleased with Gunn and Gallagher (Hughes seems to see potential in him....may be a manager that can bring him on). Says of Gabbi that he needs to be more vociferous to let his team mates know when he wants the ball...found that interesting as fans have been saying for some time that Gabbi makes good moves, but then isn't given the ball. Do you know...I think Hughes may know a thing or two as he is sometimes in agreement with the fans.
I don't think I've missed a Saints game, either on the TV or following the BBC live text, in 10 years. I was knackered last night and went to bed at half time (it is an hour later here) and we won!
