Watched the development team v Millwall last night at Inglemire Lane, terrific game, end to end, full bloodied tackles and no prisoners taken either. Millwall had some big lads compared to our very young team but our lads gave it a right go. Millwall went two up then City pulled one back and deserved a draw, it finished 2-1 to Millwall. About 200 there including Nigel and a sprinkling of first teamers which was good to see. Little bird told me Nige was at the Hull City Ladies game the day before too. Stand out players for me, Billy Chadwick and Ben Thatcher and it wouldn't surprise me to see them both on the bench tonight.
Just checked the seat planner , and I'm not even joking - im on a single seat on the end of a row , the whole row is empty and available apart from the seat right next to me FFS
The good news is, the windspeed has just picked up to 9mph making accurate crosses more difficult. I don't know about the accurate defending!
