Yep, but I would rather go with a qualified ref, who's watched it a few times and knows the rules, over a forum poster's scratch and sniff.

We wasn’t smoking, he was sucking on a tab end. So whilst a tad sad, he was breaking no rules.

Think I read that Sarri doesn’t actually smoke the cigarette due to smoking regs over here but keeps an unlit one in his mouth as the next best alternative.
