Matchday Card / General Sales of tickets

It’s a shame Deano can’t say....

Take your wallet and give the person at the turnstile some money.

 

I can understand having a card system but at least make sure it works correctly and also give people other choices

Make it as easy as possible to buy tickets

 

Ahhh the good old days!

 

I added the Newcastle friendly ticket to my Season card as I was sitting in my usual seat. I could only choose an e ticket for the Derby game as they've shut the South Stand and I'm having to sit in the West Stand. I suppose that makes sense.

 

They might as well shut the east stand as well

 

Despite not charging the quid postage, paper tickets arrived today. I aren’t going to ring the box office to correct that mistake.

 

I used to beable to book me and the lads tickets together. They've now split it up and it's a separate dd.

So how do I book his tickets at the same time as mine?

 

Nowt like making things simple.
The club is a ****ing joke.

 

The way it's going they will only open the east stand.

 

Looks like they've taken my lad off my account.
Think I need to re register us together.
Nowive got to try and wake the lazy little girl to get his card number.

 

Not as a member tho. Three quid is three quid.

 

Or have a card reader to take your cash.

Yep. It doesn't have to be complicated. But then even when they implemented contactless on the concourse it was for some reason this big huge issue and they were crossing their fingers it would work and of course it didn't. Most shops have this now, you can buy stuff in trinity indoor market and pay by contactless FFS. But it's a big struggle for a pro football club. That's pathetic.

 

I didn’t try contactless...because it’s Hull City...so I naturally assumed it wouldn’t work.

 

Saw a Big Issue seller with a card scanner a couple of weeks ago.

 

Good on him/her. I buy it regularly but often have to get it on the way back when I have change

 

Big Issue is a scam way of immigrants getting on the benefits and housing gravy train. This one wasn't local.
