It's been a bloody poor game, Stoke really aren't very good but we are so weak

Radio Stoke commentary just said Stoke are "grinding" us "into the dirt" and "knocking on the door for a third goal". Crouch has just missed it.

Just to make it a ****e, perfect storm of a weekend, TWS, Blunts and Fowls all won.

 

The optimist thought we may nick a draw .. the realist in me suspected a defeat .. I hate realism ! Seems we did ok first half but we're very poor second half. Evandro may be a skilful player but I'm afraid it isn't working playing him behind the striker and as foŕ his pace and mobility it is totally none existent. I do believe 2 strikers up front may give us a little more edge but our midfield is so poor tbh .. given we can't defend for shyte and have a goalkeeper that is averaging conceding 2 goals a game it's not looking rosie that's for sure. Unless Ehab fancies owning a Div 1 club he needs to pull some rabbits out of the hat here .. but how long have we been asking for that ! I feel for Adkins tbh .. not sure what he can do other then have a change of formation given what he has at his disposal

 

I heard them say at half time we looked the Better team, which seemed odd because I didn't remember at any point it sounding like we had had a decent effort on goal . Fell asleep for beginning of second half , but didn't hear much to get excited about after . Glad I'm

Anoyone who went - what was the atmosphere like? Do stoke still do that dreary Delilah?

 

I doubt it will have been as good as the febrile, pulsating, intimidating atmosphere of the KCOM.
