Klopp: Sadio Mane has realised how good he is Jürgen Klopp feels Sadio Mane’s blistering start to 2018-19 is a product of the forward feeling ‘more secure’ after realising the full extent of the ability he possesses. The No.10 has struck three goals in Liverpool’s opening two Premier League matches and been influential throughout the wins over West Ham United and Crystal Palace. Indeed, Mane has netted seven times in his last 10 top-flight outings for the Reds and Klopp believes he has come to convince himself of his own talents. The manager said: “Sadio did start pretty well last year. He was in fantastic shape then came the City game and an unlucky situation [with the red card]. That was not good. “I think he had an injury then as well, a little one. Now he's much more secure that this is his level. “The players surprise themselves sometimes. 'Wow, really? That's how good I am?' We all need to show our best and get used to it. https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/first-team/313323-jurgen-klopp-sadio-mane
Gotta question the Spud logic and their obsession with all things Liverpool, it's not like their club is as big, rich or successful as LFC and we don't have a rivalry with them. But it's ok... they were going to win anyway..." @vimhawk
Shocking, if I were caught drunk driving I would lose my job. The only difference here is that they are a club asset. Just take one club to step up and sack a player, but they would need other clubs to not snap that player up on a free.
