I can see your point Bob about Grayson I like you would have told the dictator back me or sack me but I feel he really loves the fans and the club and deep down thinks that Bates will sell out sometime soon so why leave slowly slowly catch you monkey!

why would supporters of other teams by angry with grayson? like jip said, keep club specific stuff on your own boards, especially filthy leeds
I gotta be honest-i haven't seen one person on here calling for grayson's head-I've seen plenty of speculation from lots of posters that he will lose his job, but no one saying (barring the usual 2-3 suspects) that he should be sacked. What alot of people are saying is that he is weak, boring, spouts the usual monotone, prepared, templated answers in interviews and doesn't seem to come across as well as he could/would like. I was neither in the optimistic or pessimistic camp-I felt things could be worse, but they weren't getting better. However after yesterday, I dont think there is 2 sides to the discussion anymore, just the truth, which is that 1. The above description of Grayson is true, no argument. Yes I believe he cares and that he is far from a bad manager given his age and experience, but for me his main downfall is his inabilty to change things during games with his wait and see method of management, and that is not Bates fault at all. I for 1 also mute Larry when he is giving interviews on the tv as he says the same thing again and again, and if it wasn't true the 1st 10 times, it wont be true on the 11th. and 2. Bates is possibly the worst thing to happen to Leeds in a long time. What I will say is that people have been speaking of action for a while, but nothing has been done, but it appears that from what I am reading on here and other sites etc, that the Gradel sale has united Leeds fans that wanted to take action and given strength to the cause in that alot of fans who were talking but no action are now considering joinin in protest. Nothin may come of it, but I have a sneaky suspicion that the Gradel sale has brought the situation to a head, and now all it will take is a spark to ignite everything, and we all kno Bates likes playing with fire...
just thought i'd try and get back on topic, regardless of general chat or not-come on guys lets wait till at least lunchtime before we start hurling the insults!
