The main reason Im angry with Grayson was the last game of last season when he said in the interview "missing out on the play-offs is good for us, we have a head start in the transfer window" also January last year he constantly bullshitted us to bide him some time!
He's a weak human being, nobody should accept the crap that is Ken Bates style of business and man management. To just accept a bully, is pathetic and Grayson is simply a "yes" man. If he is as good a manager as he and some others think he is, then he would get another job easily, he just hasn't got the balls to do what most of us would have, walked and talked.
I've noticed he hasnt being saying much lately even after matches or even with the YEP. He cant be happy, not as a fan or as an employee of Leeds United. I'm neither pro Grayson or Anti Grayson. I can see he has done a good job on a limited budget which was no doubt the reason why Ken Bates got him in, but I can also see his downfalls as well. No one will come in who can do a better job & be prepared to put there rep on the line whilst Ken Bates is pulling the strings, no one but a yes man.

Larry Grayson should never have been appointed manager in the first place. He's always leaving the door open.
I'm not angry with Grayson, i'm angry with Bates. Ok, so Grayson has been a bit weak and clearly just accepts whatever Bates says, but what else can he do? If he stands up to Bates, then he'll be given the boot without warning. It's not like we don't know there's money there, well at least there should be. Even if there wasn't, we have a cup tie with the scum coming up, that we know is going to generate a fair bit. Why not invest that in advance? It's not like that game is that far away.
