Yeah, it's gone. Might as well forget it. I think if McClaren was sacked tonight QPR a) wouldn't ask Ollie to come back and b) Ollie wouldn't agree to it. And now... who will come to QPR knowing we can't buy any players in the Winter and we've got **** all budget... probably no budget for next Summer either.
Enjoy the evening if you can. Good night! Dobranoc! Perhaps “Na Zdrowie” is more apt as i need a stiff drink to recover from another bad result. The R’s will drive me to alcoholism this season!
Well, we shouldn't rewrite history. We were pretty poor with the tinkerman. However, he would be a good choice for now as we have list good players and not replaced them. All we can do is fight now and Ollie would ensure that.
We've actually made slow progress over the last couple of seasons. It now looks as though it's being reversed. It's a damn shame.
Never going to happen Col These Muppets will persist with Steve and say we are working hard behind the scenes to fix it Or some BS
What they gonna fix it with some bostick and a new syrup, because if you ask me as a coach / manager it’s beyond f*****g repair
im struggling to see positives - however who would want to come in IF Maclaren leaves (by what ever means). Steeve - if he turns it around - and he has a lot of hurdles ahead could really make a name for himself again IF he can make a team out of what we have and the freebies / loans he has available and can get in. I am hoping that we can - going down will not do the club any good at all - they need to stay but it will be tough..very very tough
Sounds like we did ok in the first half and were unlucky to go in a goal down. So that’s five games in a row where we’ve been considerably worse in the second half.
To be totally blunt, the team wasn't good enough last season, even with Holloways fighting spirit. The team is even worse this season with McLarens apparent superior tactical ability. Basically our players are no where good enough. Our club is an absolute shambles not due to Holloway, McLaren, Hughes or Redknapp but Tony ****ing Fernandes. He in my opinion is one of if not the worst thing to ever happen to QPR. Look where he has left us after playing around at a hobby.
As I'm away the first few weeks of the season, I've delayed paying the £120 to steam live via QPR+. If this doesn't improve by the time I return to Paris early September, could be money well saved.
With Holloway we had a significant number of points more than the previous season. So, for me, there was clear progression plus the growth of the youngsters. The positives were there. It might not be the fastest progress but it was noticeable. All on a shoestring budget. Ollie's team was almost always better in the second half.
we've been here before but this time I just don't see where we go...it's 4 games in and I genuinely think we're ****ed...other than 'it can't get any worse'
