Anyone have any idea how many tickets we have sold? Anyone who is thinking of going, go, our club really needs us tomorrow. Also fair play to Rotherham they have a really good pricing structure with fair prices.
Mate of mine is a Leeds fan - he's seen all their three games and reckons Rotherham were easily the best organised team he's seen thus far, really hard to break down, I expect to be watching a dour game tomorrow night, any kind of result would be brilliant. PS I won't be booing should we lose.
This thread makes depressing reading. We literally have nobody in that team that fills me with any confidence. I did start the season with an open mind and was trying to be optimistic but then when I think of all those players in the past couple of years that have left I just feel very very sad.
Interesting comparison. I really hate losing too but for me its no contest I DEFINITELY hate the Allams even more.
HULL CITY WILL BE SEEKING A POSITIVE REACTION TO SATURDAY’S DISAPPOINTING HOME DEFEAT TO BLACKBURN ROVERS WHEN THEY MAKE THE SHORT TRIP TO ROTHERHAM UNITED THIS EVENING (KO 7.45PM). The Tigers go into the Yorkshire Derby clash at the New York Stadium still searching for their first win of the new campaign having registered just one point from their opening three games. Rotherham United have also lost two of their opening three games after returning to the Championship via the play-offs in May and will be looking for a positive reaction of their own having suffered a 2-0 defeat against Leeds United at the weekend. TEAM NEWS Nigel Adkins will be forced to make at least one change to his starting line-up after losing Stephen Kingsley to a head injury at the weekend. Kingsley was forced off in the first half of Saturday’s home defeat to Blackburn Rovers following a clash of heads and concussion protocol means he must sit out the trip to the New York Stadium. Eric Lichaj looks most likely to deputise at left-back, with Todd Kane starting in his preferred role of right-back, which could hand a first league start of the season to summer signing David Milinković. Reece Burke and Dan Batty also both come back into contention for a returning to the side after recovering from the minor knocks that forced them to miss the clash with Blackburn. Millers boss Paul Warne has no fresh injury concerns ahead of City’s visit but the Rotherham boss but could make changes following Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at Leeds United. Ryan Manning might make a start in midfield if Warne opts to shuffle his side, while he will probably be tempted to play with two strikers, meaning Kyle Vassell and David Ball will battle it out for a spot in attack. Billy Jones did not feature at Elland Road with a knock but could be back, while Darren Potter (Achilles) is a long-term absentee. OFFICIALS Referee: Jeremy Simpson Assistant Referee: Nick Hopton Assistant Referee: Adam Matthews Fourth Official: Darren Bond FORM GUIDE Rotherham Utd: L W W L Hull City: L D D L KEY BATTLE Jarrod Bowen vs Joe Mattock Jarrod Bowen is unlikely to be satisfied with his start to the season after failing to find the back of the net in any of the Tigers’ opening three Sky Bet Championship fixtures. The 21-year-old winger enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in the second tier last season, scoring 14 goals in 42 appearances and, if selected to face the Millers, he will no doubt be hungry to have a positive effect on the game as Nigel Adkins’ side bid to register a first league win of the new season. However, if he does play, he is likely to be up against a very experienced full-back in the form of Joe Mattock. The 28-year-old has played for the likes of Leicester City, West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield Wednesday throughout his career and has the ability to limit Bowen’s influence on the game, ensuring the young winger will have to try and utilise his pace and trickery to get the better of his man on the night. REMEMBER THE LAST TIME? Hull City rounded off the 2015/16 Sky Bet Championship season in style with a comprehensive 5-1 thrashing of Rotherham United at the KCOM Stadium. Rotherham led through Lee Frecklington when the Tigers were punished for failing to clear their lines with 15 minutes on the clock, but the home side were level when Abel Hernández nodded down a Moses Odubajo cross and Robert Snodgrass curled the ball into the top-right corner after 25 minutes. And a minute later, Rotherham failed to deal with a bouncing ball in the area and Hernández finished with an overhead kick. Livermore netted the Tigers’ third six minutes before the break as he chased an Ahmed Elmohamady pass and touched the ball past Lee Camp before scoring from a narrow angle. Two minutes later, Mo Diamé made it 4-1, beating Kirk Broadfoot to the ball before skipping past the defender and shooting across Camp’s goal. The second half was always going to struggle to live up to the first but Steve Bruce’s side did manage to extend their lead on the hour as Livermore scored his second of the afternoon, finding the corner of the net from 12 yards after Snodgrass had set up the chance with a clever back heel. IN NUMBERS 1993 Hull City’s last away league win at Rotherham came in February 1993, with Gary Lund scoring the winner at Millmoor. 6 Rotherham have won each of their last six home matches in all competitions, their best run since winning ten in a row between January and April 2001. 100% Nigel Adkins has a 100% win record against Rotherham, winning all four matches against them in all competitions (three with Scunthorpe, one with Reading).
Can't see it as available on TigersTV. Thought it covered both home and away. Is it just home matches?

Decent prices which would see a lot more in the KC. Our "cheap" prices would cost me, an OAP with one grandchild at £7 and two at £9 at Rotherham for on the night prices, a lot more to take them to see us play them at the KCOM. Interesting, after the remarks by Tilburg, to see the prices for Armed Forces Personnel.
Tigers TV don't cover any matches that are available on Sky. So no midweek matches will be available.
I think that only applies to the main televised game, not the games only available on the red button.
Hmm. You might be right. It seems the game should be available to stream to domestic customers for a tenner. Confusing.
Yep. And international customers. I cant see any explanation on ows, clear as mud #nowtheresasurprise
Based on the wording used in the original Tigers TV announcement, I suspect that they didn't even know that the games were going to be available on the red button on Sky .
