Yeah he might bring a bit more steel if required but I'd like to think that we will be on top and need creativity move than steel.

Wijnaldum played the deeper of the 3 vs Wham but I don't think that is so wise away from home so would rather Hendo play the deeper role with 2 ahead of him.

I can't see many changes with the starting line up but subs could be key.

Milner shouldn't be dropped after his performance last week.

We're so used to a first 11 that picked itself because that was more or less all there was. Now we have the luxury/problem of having to drop players who are doing well because we can't start them all.
Personally, I think we should get the best out of Milner while he's still got it in him.

Ill say again.. you’re dropping Milner for Henderson because he’s more creative? Milner creates more chances last week than anyone and got more assists last season. Hendo can screen better but going forward Milner is head and shoulders over hendo

My thinking isn't that simple. Last week Wijnaldum was the deepest of the midfield 3 but we were at home and very attacking.
Hendo Comes in to play deeper and Wijnaldum stays in to link midfield to attack so it was then Milner or Keita for me.

I reckon there's plenty of games for all coming when league cup and cl starts up and it's 2 games a week.

if you look at minutes played milner had a really low level until all the injuries so klopp managed him all season. fabinho Henderson and wijnaldum will all get time when it's two games a week. I'm willing to predict Milner will play one a week max when those games come.<ok>

Milner is a runner and a Wideman really. Keita is the creative ball player both imo benefit from someone who doesnt just kick posession away. i.e. wijnaldum

Possibly but still think Milner offers more then Gini in that role. Keita is the one that’s going to link midfield and attack, the others are there just to support if anything.

nah mate. It's not 1 plus any 2 nor 10 men plus salah. everyone is important.

Keita is going to be world class but if we dont solidify the control of games and make clean sheets the norm.we won't get close to city.

    We're always very attacking.
It all depends on how The Owl chooses to play us. Frankly, our attack will tear them apart given any space, so he'd be a wise owl to play defensively and try to hit us on the break. If that's the case, then we'll need more creativity to break them down.
If he decides to attack he might catch us out, but I'd fancy us in a gunfight any day.
