Have I read this question correctly? WASHINGTON DC South Dakota has an 'S' an 'O' a 'T' a 'D' and an 'A.' When I looked at my map every state had a letter in its name from Washington DC so surely the answer is none. Am I missing something here?
I could probably have worded the question better Nines, I had in mind the capital of each particular state as opposed to the capital of the USA
