had to fight supermods to prevent certain bans, then?

Q1b. Are you saying that the Leeds mods requested bans then changed their minds, or is there another explanation?

Ok .... at times an incident is reported to us by a mod or mods ..... we start a PM to discuss the matter .... sometimes one mod may think a ban would help ... another may feel differently .... or we offer it as a suggestion .... the PM carries on with everyone offering their opinion. It continues until we reach an agreement that everyone is happy with.

Have already shown you the mods rules re banning ..... just ask any mod you know

It is printed at the beginning of the FAO Super-mod thread on the mod board

Bans
  • All registered user banning requests need to be open and transparent - so must be done via the FAO Supermods thread
  • If you request an own team member ban, it is a site ban, temp or perm, you decide – saves them disrupting other boards
  • If you request an opposing team member ban, it is a board ban, temp or perm, you decide
  • You cannot request a site ban for an opposing team member
  • If members are having issues with spammers, troublemakers etc – encourage them to hit the report button, it is then down to the relevant board moderators to resolve (except spammers which are removed by supermods daily)
  • Spam, porn, or posts encouraging violence will be dealt with instantly without consultation by the Supermods
  • Porn gets us blocked from google no matter how soft and costs us revenue – we display ads for revenue, there are strict guidelines
  • If a banned member decides to create a multiple account, Supermods will again deal without consultation
  • Abuse of the administration team will be dealt with as considered appropriate by Supermods

Funny that, because the last time Glory got banned (for 1 day), we had our mods fighting with the supermods & threatening to leave if the ban stood. Doesn't seem to fit with what you've said,

So Jammy you are clearly in the knowledge of fake accounts being created, and as the main spokesperson for Glory, it doesn't really do you or him any favours does it. So maybe Glory needs to look no further than at you for any false accusations supposedly being banded about of fake identities :)

We don't keep figures on bans as far as I'm aware

& I have been absent from this board for the last 6 months following a family bereavement

So unable .... not unwilling .... to answer these questions

Well i keep figures and your under you're target for the week, you have until mid-night to ban at least one more Leeds account for the week or lose your paid bonus.

Of course I've been in touch with Glory,but others,people who I have refused to tell anyone where information has come from,have told me things,you will never know who or guess as they haven't even posted on this thread have contacted me with info,I have no idea what Jammys evidence is but I would guess it hasn't come from Glory.No intention of kicking off myself again,only still hear with regards WJs valid points

Come on there has been dual posters on here for years...it's common knowledge so I've hardly cracked the Da Vinci Code.
