I don't believe we can read too much into their ability / performance in this system. We are not going to see much from them until they play together.
Yesterday was encouraging, uplifting, and has seen the atmosphere return to P R after the gloom of the later MM era, but lets get a perspective on this, weve got 2 points from a possible 9 so although it's great to see the enthusiasm return there's much work to be done.
German National Team, Derby County, Arsenal, Manchester United - all proving that winning football matches is not easy. I think we can all see there is more transfer business to be done in the next window and in the meantime if we can keep away from the relegation zone, compete in games and start to come together as a team then there's no reason not to be positive. We are putting some brilliant moves together and that's what gets the crowd up because it means we can be a threat against any opposition in the division.
My issue with TWTD is that they everyone seems so willing to shout their opinions at every opportunity.. Particularly when it come to Politics, then that tends to become a 2 person argument with no one else interacting at all.. it can sometimes be easy to forget it is a football forum Also, the number of threads started on the same topics is infuriating. We get linked with a player and the suddenly there are then 5 threads discussing that player, so people must be posting new threads just so that people look at theirs in case their comments get lost within a different thread, which is utterly pathetic. Just wish that place had a seperate filter to remove any political/vegan threads and some way of merging threads, or limiting number started on the same topic
