I agree he has always been a boxer has fury. It goes unnoticed because he messes around For me though it takes too much out of you to leave, vet as far as he did and be what he was His style is tailor made for a puncher and standing g next to him wilder is as tall as fury
I agree with that and that Hearn is dragging it out as long as possible until he has a massive fight, both due to it being worth even more by then and also due to risk of him getting beat. It's always been one of my gripes with Boxing, that politics always seems to get in the way of the fights people want to see. Pacquiao v Mayweather should have happened years before it did for example.

Makes a mockery of it and kind of makes me meh at the whole sport. Picking and choosing fights when the other boxer is at his weakest, past his best on the decline is not the route you want a World Champion in Boxing to take....it's embarassing
Yeah I agree. You don't have to believe this but one of my mates is an ex boxer (knows fury and haye etc). He always said that someone like Amir Khan could have been better than he actually was in he end if he hadnt been "manufactured" as a money machine. Even the kindelan (sp) fight after the Olympic loss was all about the "machine" working and he swears that kindelan was paid to lose. This is why me and sport have issues.

Maybe not but the multi-million payments for becoming pro meant he never really did the hard yards if you know what I mean? And had he done the hard yards he would have potentially been a better boxer, if that makes sense?

Yeah I take your point. Similar to young football players who are already living the lifestyle before they've made it. Earning 80 odd grand a week and driving flash cars at 19 or whatever, makes them much more likely to lose motivation imo.
