Well, Bolton beat WBA - but couldn’t beat us - yet WBA put 7 past QPR. Does that mean we will put at least 8 past them? And Bolton could put 9 past them?
I expected we would get beaten today, some encouraging signs in the amount of possession, however we need a win and quick to get the confidence up.
Possession hasn't been a problem for us for years, but conceding sloppy goals has been. It goes to show how it comes down to those decisive moments.
Must check City odds for QPR, they are awful and worse have a bloke in charge with a strange Dutch accent. Perfect game for City.
3 centre halves injured did not help yesterday - add to that that our only "physical presence" forward was suspended - never seen such a light weight side
I expected us to lose yesterday and we did. Tuesdays game suddenly has an awful lot riding on it for both QPR and us. What is also worrying for City is that teams such as Wigan, Bolton and Blackburn who were expected to struggle are all playing well and getting points on the board.
Angelic, tbf most promoted sides do well early. I do agree a lot's riding on the QPR result on Tuesday, however ordinary we are they are in a far worse predicament. This game has come just right for LJ, imagine going to a 'Leeds' and coming back with a loss making it something like 4 wins in the last 28 games.
