    Utterly embarrassing performance today

Must've been some HT team talk to go from drawing 1-1 to being destroyed 6-0 in the second half

Selling Smithies could well prove to have been a catastrophic mistake - even the average Premier League defence would feel nervous playing in front of Ingram

Some bizarre substitutions today and further affirmation that we will be heading down unless we bring in some goal scoring strikers

Bit of a reversal from our last visit!

Come on, just the beginning of the season, we could still be playing in the Champions League in 2020/21. Or the White Van Trophy.

We've lost our 3 best defenders (1 to injury) and have a much
Weaker goalie and have lost our managers passion
    We were fairly sh1t before!
2 home games to save the season!

I’m not a fan of any DOF role, they don’t seem to take responsibility or accountability for anything. I haven’t seen anything positive since SLF has been in place. He has no experience in that role and I believe his appointment was based on heart over head. He should have a Sinton style role in the club. I’m assuming he takes a salary which could be spent on players. All in my opinion and I know that counts for nothing and many would disagree with me.

Just subjected myself to the Sky highlights - what a mess. Our players were playing terrible balls; missing players and not closing down - just a total capitulation. The highlights were bad enough - what hell it must have been for the faithful away fans. What a $hit start to the weekend :emoticon-0101-sadsm - off to find a liquid memory cleanser!!

Let's just hope Nakhi Wells was out of the country and missed this small 'bump on the road'

    Game of two halves
WBA very good anyway but I seriously thought we looked robust but I am always wrong re our team
Second half they came out to pmay for a manager that does care and love the club
We played like lambs for a manager who should of tightened things up at 3
He looked like we have seen him before
    Clueless and a failure

I was lucky enough to be lost in Paris today and oblivious to what was going on. Not that surprised to see this result though, we had been giving the ball away far too much in dangerous areas against 2 teams probably not as good as West Brom.

    Me too.
It's the youngest lad's Birthday (can't quite believe he's 19!!) and we're off to our excellent local Indian restaurant.
No doubt Rangers will be the hot topic till we've drunk enough to forget.

The manager deserves some stick - we’re all in it together ... but quite honestly no team of professional footballers should collapse and let on six goals IN ONE HALF of football regardless of who the manager is and what he says.
Did he really tell them at half time to throw the opposition of our scent by including a number of sloppy passes and kicks; confuse them a couple of times by tackling each other; to sit off players so they wonder what to do with the space they’re given. Far too easy just to say SM is all at fault here. But he has to stand up and sort it out - however tough the challenge is.
All ****ing unacceptable. And get rid of the pink shirts... they’re full of bad luck!!!

Work, and two more work trips before holiday in October. 3 years? That’s a long time, especially from somewhere relatively close like Qatar. I did four years away once way back in the eighties, the last year was coming home the slow way. Quite odd arriving home.

Have used it before mate yes. Don't do much external work nowadays, although there's more profit in it.

There are a few extenuating factors for my prolonged absence but yes i am sure there are another 5 Lidl supermarkets in the greater sheffield / chesterfield conurbation

Looking forward to it, even seeing us play in person
