Despite all the ****e, you have to question the tactics. 4-2-3-1 yet again, It doesn't work with the players we have. We were 1-0 down playing bloody awful and he changes it like for like. Stick 2 up top FFS
It had an air of Nostalgia today.....reminded me of the time we nearly went out the league altogether.
10k is overstating it Brilliant “football experience” though 1. No queues...literally none at 2.55 2. Short queues at the bar 3. Loads of space on the concourse ...it was absolute ****
The last thing Matt Dean said on rh was thr official attendance was 12k and a bit. Surely this attendance thing should be nipped in the bud and the club should release the real figure and not a fantasy one?
Biggest queue I saw was in the club shop beforehand. Even at the chippy it was a straight walk up to the counter. There were queues outside last season.
I’ve said on here...time and time again...that the actual numbers of people that physically enter the ground is known in the Control Room almost immediately The fact that they don’t choose to use that number publicly is that it’s, well, a bit **** !
If we’d have scraped a win a loss and a draw in our first 3 games I’m sure the thinking would be that we’re alright with what we’ve got. As it is, because of one conceded goal we’re realising we’re ****. Our poor start could be a Godsend if it results in a couple of signings before the loan window shuts.
if Adkins is still here in a couple of weeks. I'd be amazed. His post match interview sounded like a man who knows the game is up. I wouldn't be too sure...He needs to see the owners asap and show them the tape...The value of their asset will be worth a lot less in L1, but I doubt if they care a lot. This will be the season of three managers and a record low number of points for City. Still we could be DQPR!!
Good call widening the ‘football experience’ perspective You could walk up to the bar in Gemmels and get served easily, and easily get seated outside in the sun...another positive of the Allam ownership
I think the same. Worst before better and all that. Because while these twats are here it is a slow lingering death.
You can try and polish a turd, but it's still called Allamshit, and it won't flush until it's got its last revenge ...
Any manager knows exactly what's going on here, therefore any manager who takes the job is a scab manager. It's hard to feel sorry for someone who wilfully chooses to take on a job and, despite I am sure earning a crap wage by football manager standards, still probably earns a good multiple times the average persons salary. He deserves nothing but disdain. He shouldn't have put himself in this situation.
