A fantastic performance. Edwards was great. Well taken goal and offered a real threat on the counter attack but really should’ve scored another but missed a one on one. Parrott though was outstanding a real harry kane performance. Held the ball up well, chased down everything and a delightful ball over the top for Edwards to score from all at the tender age of 16. Now this is a striker we can pin our hopes on.
Rather missing the point that Spurs lads played 87 minutes with 10 and still produced a goal and 2 decent chances.
Me and the lads have just got tickets to the U23’s against Arsenal at the Emirates next Friday. Free of charge up until next Tuesday for season ticket holders and members. Hoping we can make it a good atmosphere for the boys.
Based on the lineup, I'm having trouble working out what formation we're using. I'm guessing a 433 with Parrott and Edwards flanking Harrison, but that begs the question why there's four central midfielders on the bench yet no sign of Shashoua or Georgiou to maintain the shape if players get subbed
