Milner deserves to keep his spot. So I'd say it's 1 from 4. Pretty certain it won't be Fabinho since he didn't play a single minute against West Ham.
This. I think Henderson will be pushing them close and Fabinho will slowly be integrated as the season progresses
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Fabinho start because of his aerial and physical presence. Gomez and Trent will definitely need protection from the long ball.
I’d would like to think so as well but balls over the top are his weak point. Plus it’ll be even harder if benteke is playing. I’m scared!!
Tough game, they will want to sit back and be hard to break down, we have to be patient if we don't score early and if it doesn't go our way then don't let them score. Fingers crossed it'll be an early goal and an easy win.
Am I the only one who doesn't mind teams sitting back away from home? Yeah a few years ago we struggled to break teams down but nowadays id always back our quality to break through .. Yeah at Anfield you'd much rather teams come out and go toe to toe. But on Monday evening under the floodlights at a ground like Selhurst park the worst thing to happen is a team like Palace putting you under the kosh and geeing the crowd up.. I've always felt that's where we've folded in the past.
I agree, we are better at it but now and then we may not get that goal and may have to take a point. No big deal just move on and not have a fit about it like we used to.
