Most of the ****s, when confronted, try to do a runner, but the funnier ones are the ones that stand their ground and try to defend the fact that they are a 43 year old man who has arranged to meet up with a 13 year old girl he has met online

... but as I recall, you also stated that you thought it was OK for him to welch the bet with Piskie ... presumably because Piskie might take too much pleasure in an avatar chosen by Luv... which was HIAG's excuse for the welching

At least HIAG's "Leicester Spiral Thread" is now unequivocally shown to have been one of the most sensational thread fails ever posted ... even a lard belly of his proportions would have backed such a prediction if it had any substance ... he showed his true character again ... hoisted by his own PDED

I'd be delighted if people would take the time to follow the links ... nowt hidden ... the extracts that Bobby and Tobes posted are a fair reflection... HIAG banged to rights and his usual protectors getting all jizzy ... and that is all

 

This all begs the question :
Should those who sympathise with and defend bet welchers, also be treated with the same disdain as those who welch ?

I take life as seriously as I need to and this forum barely at all ... but I'm neither a hypocrite or sycophantic ... and you are fooling nobody ... prate all you like but you are hardly a shrinking violet when you are on your soap box

 

The problem is that some people use forums differently.
Some, as you say, maybe take themselves too seriously, and want actual discussion and proper "banter" etc, maybe because they have no one in their real lives to discuss football with, or because they like the sense of kinsmanship an online community can bring.

Some just act like complete ****ing clowns and take nothing seriously and are pretty much a waste of time to engage with, because there is nothing to be gained from conversing with them whatsoever. HIAG is one of these people.

 

I'll quite happily hammer HIAG for what he does and says, until I get bored, but this isn't that. He turned the bet down when he realised that the terms weren't what he thought they were. As much as it pains me he's innocent of welching THIS TIME

but he is a welcher.
