If true then never mind & tough ****e for the tosser but where does that leave the Club in terms of his wages etc ? http://footballghana.com/shocker-gh...-palace-squad-list-after-deadline-day-arrival
Another disaster late deal from us, no doubt the cretin jenkins had a hand in it! I would laugh my socks off if we had to pay his wages.................
Story/Link appears to have been pulled, all I get is a blank page when I try to access it Maybe they're getting confused between the first team squad and the match day squad. Are loanees included in the first team squad anyway? Can see him not being in the match day squad for a while, not until he gets his fitness levels up but however this pans out, Ayew is a Palace player by the terms of his loan agreement and therefor are liable for his wages not us. Whatever the situation I don't see how Palaces treatment of Ayew has got anything to do with Jenkins.
Well if the loan paperwork was flawed, then yes we are stuck with him until January I suppose!!............
Here you go Stumpy mate!! LINK:http://footballghana.com/shocker-gh...-palace-squad-list-after-deadline-day-arrival
If he comes back, we play him. If he refuses, then we stop paying his wages and let the spoilt brat rot in the gutter!
Don't know what that Ghana newspaper list is, but it is not the Crystal Palace PL squad list, because J Ayew is on it!!............. Here it is :https://www.premierleague.com/clubs/6/Crystal-Palace/squad
I wouldn't play him , Potters trying ( against the odds atm) to rebuild the team ethic ,something we were so proud of and Ayew is the last one that's would embrace that idea .how many times last season did we see him play for himself rather than for the betterment of the side .
I don't think we're in a position to be picky. Woods and Clare aren't coming and I think all the press about that Everton midfielder is just jizz. In fact, irrespective of what management is saying, I'd be surprised if anyone else, defender, midfielder or striker, arrives before 30th so in my books, Ayew has to play if he returns. I agree with the essence of what you say Matt and I wouldnt start him, I would use him like some super sub though. He'll be desperate to perform in order to put himself in the January window so I'd let him bust a gut for 25mins a game and give him the chance to shine. In January I'd take what I can get for him and use that money to fund buying A. N. Other midfielder or striker or defender, whoever we need at the time. Freezing him out wont bring anyone in, but there's a big chance that playing him will.
