    I think the bet should be voided as I don't think either guy is right or wrong.

    Although a new compulsory bet should be made where both fully understand what the terms are.

    Maybe that's the case, not defending him for other bets he may have made but just judging by what Piskie has put in the OP, both Fosse and HIAG have differing ideas as to what they've supposedly agreed too. That's why I think this particular bet should be void but both have to agree to a new compulsory one for this season.
