I think he can still do a job at Championship level. As you say, he's been a good fit for many seasons. He was a journeyman before coming to Swansea, but found his niche here.

I'd be sorry to see Routledge go tbh, it would be a shame to lose his vast experience. I thought he was tricky enough at on time to be converted to a 10, maybe not now, and I still think he could do a job at wing-back, supporting Roberts leaving Naughton to cover CB and LB. The big shame of it all is that QPR are the ones who appear to be interested, surely, even now Routledge is too good for them.
