Always tough to judge this unfamiliar Arsenal side based on one game against the champions. City are scarily good though, they could have been playing against anyone today. We were comfortably second best in every department.
He's only 19. Made a few errors but I am willing to cut him some slack. Won the ball countless numbers of times and put in a decent shift. I wouldn't write him off.
Nah, he was up against some of the best midfielders in the PL and did well. Yes he made a couple of mistakes, but the lad is 18 years old and thrown in at the deep end today. He did enough for me to suggest that he could be a really good player in the middle for us.
I think you lads have took what I said completely out of context. I know he was up against some of the best midfielders in the game, which is why he looked completely out of his depth. We'll see how he is against lesser teams because I learned nothing about him today.
