Seems Bert and Fourth_Official aren't the oracle's we thought then. Towards the end of the window when rumours have been rife, they have been caught short a number of times. Seems Stringer and Tanner (the only ones with definate sources) are the only ones we can trust.

It would appear it's Beckford or no-one now. I would think Everton would want it to happen quickly because they're now looking at Royston Drenthe as well.
