Who the **** reads the FAQ's? It should be on the front page, the one the people actually read. Makes **** all difference to me, but I think it's shabby. Vicky is busy online claiming the EFL rules prevent it being viewed on mobiles and tablets, but it's bollocks, iFollow can be viewed on both.
It's literally called Frequently Asked Questions. If I have issues with a product that's the first place I look.
FAQ's are easily updated. Those statements were not on the FAQ's when I signed up I'm sure. They have been updated to respond to irate clients.
What's that got to do with it? Seems strange to suggest people didn't have advanced warning and then say "Oh the advanced warning wasn't obvious enough". Which is it? Just seems an excuse to bash the club. Do people not have laptops?

I've never been able to access iFollow streams on my mobile so news to me they're accessible on a mobile device.

Update on payments - Country of residence will be cross checked for international monthly/annual passes... PPV is ok as one offs if viewing abroad on hols, as long as it doesn’t look extremely frequent which will raise a red flag.
