It’s the quality of the signings really. While it could be argued we have strengthened the squad there isn’t much to add to the first team. What does 10million quid buy you in today’s money. Average players are going for 30million currently it seems. I dont expect to compete with the big boys (that’s not feasible) but we have shown 0 ambition. It’s the way it is though. I’m not a fan of the protests. We have to get behind the players and Rafa. It’s going to be a very up and down season!
Who's buying the players though RS? If Rafa has asked for these 7 players there's really no excuse for protesting is there. If they were bought over his head he has to walk doesn't he?
I’m doubtful Rafa has full control over signings and is constrained by a very tight budget. Rafa has cleverly played the fans off against the club though and has assisted in the ensuing chaos. He’s loves to air his laundry publicly which is problematic. The truth is, we’d have had to spend crazy amounts to push on from 10th (which was a false position given the points tally) and that was never likely. I’m not certain the signings we have made will keep us up. That, for me, is the issue. In January, we will have House of Fraser employees turning out for us!!!

You're the one making out you're not a native English speaker. However, you use far too many colloloquialisms for that to be true. You have a decent knowledge of Swahili, Swahili proverbs and African literature, although nothing that couldn't be obtained with a moderate amount of internet research. Having said that, I believe you may live, or have lived, in East Africa. However, what gives you away most is your obsession with SAFC. You seem to post mostly on our board and spend very little time on the Newcastle board. That's not natural for a foreign fan who has selected a team from a distance. You wouldn't have the innate feelings of animosity that a fan with direct links to the NE would have and which you display. You would want to spend more time getting closer to your club and your fellow fans than winding up fans of other clubs. I can understand WUMing but what's the need for the internet persona? It's like that fake American that was on the other day.

However; - and believe it or not - am a native East African and English happens to be my third language. And I harbour no animosity feelings towards you guys - I actually like you, strange as it may appear or sound.
Interestingly he doesn't have the same language barrier over on the other board and has in fact admitted to causing more of a language barrier over here.
