First game of the season, definitely up for this. Kingsland/northam corner for me. Generally a good atmos. As for parking I think Southampton is pretty reasonable. £5 for parking most of the day at the eastgate multi storey in town. Happy days
So, we are starting the season with a fourth manager in 4 seasons. Not sure what to expect other than some sort of improvement to last year. We need the board to do their business off the pitch in the next couple of days and the players to show some fight on Sunday. Up the ****ing saints
I have set the bar very low this season...bob about in the middle and no serious flirting with relegation would make me happy after last season. And then get our team properly sorted out next summer....as we have been limited this summer by unwanted players on long contracts..
Can't say I'm full of hope and expectation, but I probably will be when I set eyes on St Marys again. And I'm feeling a bit smug that, knowing Sky and the PL for the bastards they are, I booked the Sunday off work as well as the Saturday. We'll win 3-1
I’m going. Can anyone predict a line up, not sure who still plays for us? Maybe; McCarthy Cedric yoshi tall guy Bert Hjoyberg Romeu Armstrong jwp Redmond Austin
Whoever thought that our first match of the year should start at 9:30am on a Sunday in my time zone really didn't take into account my intentions for Saturday night.
http://www.skysports.com/football/n...nners-up-ahead-of-liverpool-manchester-united Sky's prediction algorithm has us as finishing 15th....though would give it more credence further into the season as it doesn't take account of new signings and how effective they are.
