Think it all depends on the deal... some stuff never seems to disappear... it's films mostly that have shorter time. Amazon Prime is the same but they at least warn you what stuff is coming up to its end.
Got 2 things on the go at the moment, both very good and very different. Sneaky Pete Bosch Sneaky Pete is created by Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and it really shows. Bosch is much more gritty and has a few of The Wire actors in it. Both definitely worth watching though.
I'm sure everyone has heard the news... Earl Grey, Hot. Of course I live in the US so it won't be available to me unless I subscribe to CBS and I have no intention to . He's 78 now though... Surely too old to be playing a captain.
We didn't get too far into Sneaky Pete... Wanted to like it but it didn't really hook us. On paper it sounded like something we would like.
It comes together nicely towards the end of season1. The season finale is brilliant. I'm about half way through season 2 now, very good imo.
Bound to be an admiral now or something And in one TNG episode was it not revealed that he had some kind of incurable neurological condition that would lead to dementia later in life? It would have been an interesting take except he's done that part as Xavier in Logan
To be honest, I think we had several other shows going when we tried it. We probably would have stuck longer but since it didn't have an immediate catch for us we passed on it
If he's an admiral I hope there is a war going and he's leading a fleet... Otherwise him sitting in a boardroom discussing what uniforms to order the fleet would be boring. Maybe they could do something Voyagereque and have him stranded from Starfleet somehow. His relationship with Q could definitely cause that to happen. That would explain why a man pushing 80 would be in a starship each week travelling around. I hope they work the dementia into it. That could make it more interesting. If the crew questions if he's got to lead or demented rather than the blind following.
Did enjoy the first season of Sneaky P but haven't felt compelled to watch anymore after It was very twisty turny which worked but got a little convoluted I felt
