Afternoon elland. Prior to the 2 posts you've asked about I made 15 posts live from ER which received total of 40 likes. As non of these were from moderators of the forum it would seem to indicate a lack of appreciation for my efforts. That of course is your and the other mods prerogative but given it had been quite a fraught build up to the game it did not go unnoticed. The fact you're asking about these posts in particular and have still not commented on any of the others seems to further emphasize there is some disconnect on your side. You should be able to see that by not being overly offensive in the first post that the nuance of the follow up comment is not as severe as if it were read in isolation. The fact 2 people liked it shows that they understood the comment as it was intended.
Jammy, FFS, I get up an hour earlier then I could every day to research then write the Breakfast debates.... You don't see me wanting to hunt down Shako as he never 'likes' my Breakfast debates??? I have not even seen these 15 posts? Seriously, is this what it is all about? Didn't even know blokes could get PMT... (That's a joke btw)

Afternoon Jammy btw, I've got the attention span of a dead hedgehog. I'm quite sure that if I or Bucks / ristac had seen your posts, we'd have acted according and dele...... um, 'liked' them. I'm not saying the mods always get things right, but we do our best to make the right choices more times then not. PS, I gave you two likes!!!
elland when you have time will you please read this whole thread. It's not good having 2 match day threads in my opinion so some feedback on how to move forward would be appreciated. What if anything on this alternative thread would be deemed off topic ? It's just my view but I feel a few off topic comments add to the flavour and shouldn't be deleted. You keep saying your listening and flexible so I await your comments.
Afternoon Ristac/ Bucks I've asked elland for some feedback on this thread so I'd appreciate if you could do the same when you have time. We need to be marching on together at this exciting time for the club so can we try to achieve the impossible and find a way forward that is satisfactory to all.
In my humble opinion the main match threads should revert back to how they were before, banter, fishing, comments both about the game and off topic, and there should be a 'match analysis' thread set aside for those who just want to discuss the tactics, formations, lineups etc
I'm not one to post often but this is getting out of hand isn't it ? We love Leeds, we love football, we love match day threads, we love banter (even with the Wallies). Is it not just the petty squabbles between certain people that sometimes dominate threads that get people's backs up ? Some of it's been going on for years, my God it's ****ing tedious !!!! Just crack down on the BS and all will be fine. Let the mods do their job (not that it is a job, it's a labour of love, if it weren't for them we'd have no forum to be arguing about in the first place).
Not sure a total free for all is the way to go as it has become farcical in the past at times. The match day thread is at the end of the day probably the most important thread for most of us. Sorry elland I know that must of hurt.
I, 100 percent agree with you... I do like Forza's idea about match analysis' thread set aside for those who just want to discuss the tactics, formations, lineups etc
