Wished I knew where my family came from. My Great grandad was a labourer at Teignmouth Docks in Devon but would you think I could find him in the records?...or my grandad (Christopher Coulter. Irish?)… or my dad (killed in the war?). ….and ,who would have thought I would turn on the telly to watch an International comp with Spurs reserves leading Roma 4-1 at half time? I hope we see magic from our ex PSG winger next season...….
He can't even beat him in a game of Scrabble, as I will now demonstrate... N - 1 point J - 8 points I - 1 point E - 1 point Scrabble total: 11 points M - 3 points B - 3 points A - 1 point P - 3 points P - 3 points E - 1 point Scrabble total: 14 points But you know the most embarrassing part? N - 1 point K - 5 points O - 1 point U - 1 point D - 2 points O - 1 point U - 1 point Scrabble total: 12 points
British press a bit slow off the mark. There is a big F-Off Ebola outbreak in Beni/North Kivu. 20 reportedly dead with another 26 hemorrhaging. Pits of the world full of refugee camps and pervy NGO's (Oxfek, Shag the Children Fund etc). Could get nasty. A bit too close to home this time.
B = 3 O = 1 R = 1 T = 1 H = 4 W = 4 I = 1 C = 3 K = 5 J = 8 A = 1 C = 3 K = 5 S = 1 O = 1 N = 1 43 points. I always knew he was valuable somehow.
does anyone know when the ticket on sale dates for home matches are announced? Can't see the dates on the website but think they are usually announced by now.
I downloaded the calendar from the Spurs site, which has all the dates for sale on. Must be available somewhere - It was while buying tickets for the Fulham game that I realised I was One Hotspur + member, not One Hotspur. So I can nook after the season ticket holders have had their go. https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/matches/first-team/
these are the match dates...when you click the match link for the liverpool match it only shows ticket info re the fulham match. My girls and I am one hotpur plus members too...hopefully will get a ticket to obe of the opening matches
How can they sell tickets before the ground has been granted a safety certificate? They may have to move some of the matches to Wembley if issues crop up during the trials.
We've won something at last! OK, it's the vote for the worst kit for 2018/19 on 442. How Man U didn't get a share of it, I'll never know, and have a butchers at the goons home kit. It looks like it was produced with non-fast colours and someone has washed it at 100 degrees C. Then there is Napoli, wow, I reckon Spurlock designed that during a heavy night on the weed. https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/ranked-17-worst-kits-201819-season?page=0,2
I don't know, so many people complaining about the lack of transfers, while I'm wondering if anyone's set up our fantasy league yet...
QUOTE: If you think the worst thing about Spurs’ summer is the lack of signings, you clearly haven’t seen their new kits. The gradient, fade design at the bottom of the home jersey is all well and good until you see the shirt without the shorts. Read more at https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/ranked-17-worst-kits-201819-season?page=0,2#XrFX39tMZo1V0I1h.99 WE presumably won't be seeing the shirt without shorts I think there are a lot worse than the Spurs effort. Yeah the Arsenal one is very poor and that Monaco one is like a failed 70's wallpaper they will need mullets and bell bottom shorts to go with it
WITH the (blue) shorts it looks like a bunch of old men running around with their shorts pulled up to their armpits.
