"Boring, boring Derby!" is the chant that goes up from a large section of the Reading fans. Cast your mind back in the not so distant past to when Jaap Stam was in charge of the Royals.... This pattern of lots of the ball, but with little to show for it that Derby have so far displayed - Ring ANY bells??????? Derby have had 74% of the possession so far but have had little to show for it. Just so pleased that I didn't waste any time or effort in going down the pub to watch it. Both sides so far have had 2 shots on goal. Edit Reading lead 1-0 and have had 5 shots on target. #lampardout "We are top of the league" sing the Royals fans.
Who wants to be a hero then - 'Well, on that evidence it won't be Bradley Johnson. The experienced Derby midfielder lets fly from fully 30 yards but probably wishes he hadn't bothered as his shanked effort ends up closer to the corner flag than the back of the net.' #irememberthosewell Drat - Derby sneak a win with almost the last kick {header} of the game!!!!
So we have the pre-season predictions from the bookies – it will be interesting to see if they are even close to the final table. #idoubtit I'll revisit this next May 1. Stoke 2. West Brom 3. This service Norwich have where they will stream some games, can’t remember what the service was called. But does anyone know of today’s game is one of them? If so, might sign up today.
Ah yes, iFollow Doesn't say whether they will have a stream of todays game. Do they stream every game that isn't on Sky? Or is it only a few games now and again, does anyone know? The article I read when it was announced, I think sounded like only a certain amount of games would be picked?
Just found this: "For the first time, fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to watch Norwich's games played outside of the Saturday 3pm kick-offs live in HD (unless that match has been selected by the EFL’s overseas broadcast partners). These games will be available to purchase with a Match Pass. UK and Ireland fans will also have access to live audio commentary as part of the new offering, rebranded to replace the Canaries PlayerHD platform. Overseas subscribers will be able to watch up to 46 live games in HD quality. iFollow Norwich will show every Canaries league match live (unless that match has been selected by the EFL’s overseas broadcast partners, in which case Audio commentary will be available)." So "Outside the Saturday 3pm kick-offs"? So, most games wont be shown, only evening games? But if you're abroad, you can watch pretty much all of them? Meaning today's game won't get streamed in the UK?
I know someone who has set up a 'VPN' (Virtual Private Network) and registered it as being abroad, so he can watch all games if he wants to.
How does he pay? I'm in Spain ATM, but it asks for a payment address, I assume a UK registered card will scupper my attempts? Bah!
just make sure you emigrate to a country with a good internet provider. I have given up trying in Philippines, almost unwatchable.
Charity Shield has been very flat. Man City deserve to be leading, but they have not needed to be that good today.
