Ummm, flashbacks of last season, far too much pissing around at the back and it nearly cost us. Too often we will get to the final 3rd and then pass it all the way back. FFS we had a free kick in their half and instead of playing if forward, taking a chance we passed it all the way back. Seriously crap decision making/instructions, so negative too much of the time. Husband still looks out of his depth, Stieperman isn't doing much either. Pukki and Rhodes have though shown bright spots but as the commentators have said Marshall has been our brightest player so far. On that half I can only surmise that Farkes only lesson was don't start without Tettey, because there was too much of the same insipid gash served up last season. Early days yet but my prediction of 12th is looking Bob on. Funny old day otherwise, many of the favourites finding champ life tough. Bah!
Norwich have been sloppy at the back. Birmingham compressing the pitch with very high back line. Norwich dominating possession, and Birmingham happy to let us have the ball. Very even game. Need to move the ball quicker (sounds familiar) and use the space behind their back four.
Wasn't Farke correct in saying we should get to take the corner at the end of the half? Not impressed with us on the ball. Too many long diagonals and crosses to the far side of the field.
Both commentators have been praising Rhodes and Pukki as well as Hernandez and Marshall who has been getting forward and crossing well. Don't understand Trybull and Steiprmann at the heart of the attack.

Farke continues to impress. As I said when we employed him. Just coz Klopp and Wagner worked, doesn’t mean every youth manager there will be good. It’s not a definite rule. Farke looks like he’s learned nothing from his first season of failure. With the players we sold. No Josh or Madders to save us this season. Going to be another turgid long season towards the drop. Birmingham are a really poor side.
Tetty injured all pre-season starts. With fellow defensive midfielder Trybull. McLean who impressed pre-season. Bench. Makes sense.
It’s a season of transition. Be more patient. It’s not about this season. Again. It’s about next season. Again. Or next season. Again.
I predicted a draw so I'm still hoping for 1-1 Farkes style doesn't usually bring goals and Madders is no longer here to conjure up something. Not sure where the goals will come from this season
