Hes been shyte pre season. Im very suprised Baldwin never started

 

I don't mind one strong and slow CB but two isn't a good idea, makes you too weak against through balls.

 

Think we’re really missing McGeouch so far, just need that calm head in the middle to keep things simple and ticking over

 

Supporting Sunderland is one of the most frustrating things in my life haha

 

That's not a good sign, if this is what we are like without him in the team

Just my opinion mate, seems like the team is desperate to make and impression and we’re a bit too keen if thats even possible, making it easier for Charlton to come forward where we look very stretched across midfield.

 

Ffs Maja. I hope Wykes not out for too long we have no goal threat whatsoever with Maja on his own

Played well last 15 minutes. Decent atmosphere and good to see the place pretty packed out. Oviedo seems to have offered something since he came on.

 

It looks like what we actually are ‘a job in progress’. Don’t want to go too deep into individuals but we are trying too hard. When we keep it simple some good touches/plays. Keep Gooch on Page and he will go off with a ‘red’. Advice - ‘ calm down. . . calm down’.

Yeah I think Oviedo and Matthews should be first choice, Matthews is better than Love and Oviedo is better than Matthews at LB.

We did grow into the game as it went along and looked more threatening.

 

I've seen 3 of our fans on Facebook going absolutely mental with the club. It seems quite a few peoples cards aren't working and they've been turned away. One guy traveled all the way from Crewe and he's been rejected. He's had a season ticket for over a decade. Stewie D better be ready for an awful lot of **** that's about to come his way.

 

We need a bully in midfield., just someone to boss the midfield and give the ball to our faster more technical players.

But we were playing better in the last 15 minutes.

We can see now that Charlton look pretty decent and why their one of the favourites for promotion despite missing alot of players.
This season could be alot tougher than we think.
