So I’m watching the Reading derby game. It’s clear as day both sides are playing not to lose rather than to try and win. Have tactics became so critical on not losing that they are forgoing the ability to actually try and win. This is pandemic in the premiership atm as teams outside the top 4-6 are drilled to be compact tight and not concede above all else. I went out, bought 8 cans, told the wife to **** off in the kitchen to watch the drabbest 45 minutes of chess I have ever seen. The World Cup was refreshing!
I'm not prying, but do you make a habit of telling the wife to **** off in the kitchen, and then to make her watch the drabbest 45mins of chess that you'd obviously already seen.....bit harsh imo
