Aye, remarkably similar. Not willing to accept net spend at all. Doesn't think we have money in the bank, despite much of the £125m TV just coming in and being £26m up on player trading this window, not to mention money supposedly being there in January. Rafa isn't that good, despite promotion and 10th place. One or two examples of signings who haven't worked out, therefore Rafa can't work on a budget and is bad at signing the right players. <doh>

The miserable gits don't tend to come on this thread, because there ......miserable.
Ban them if they bring the miserableness here and anyone who colludes with the mackems.

For the whole of preseason It would be as difficult to find a negative comment on the Sunderland board as it is to find a positive one on this one.

I Remember the day Charlton beat the makems at Wembley
    Magic day altogether

Sunderland supporter Clive Mendonca scores a hatrick against the makems
And my son was born earlier that day

20 years ago- blimey doesn't time fly by

Was it a bank holiday? Pretty sure it was because I was out in Whitley Bay getting smashed. One of the best days out drinking I've had. Mendonca plus Gray's pathetic pen is as good as it gets outside of the love for your own club.

Was working at Boldon golf club. Ran around the car park laughing. Shop sales went down for a few weeks after. <cracker>
