    Found another link re. Balboa, & think this is the one I originally read. They're fairly emphatic that it's a transfer.

    Reason I remember this article is that they also say he didn't play for the u23s. Not true - I commented on him a few times on here, mainly as he was strong as hell, in the mould of Jack Clarke.

    Btw, there is absolutely no mention of this on the club website, yet others get a mention. Strangely inconsistent, with a strong leaning towards positive news only. Some might call it PR <yikes>

    Phil Hay seems to think that the City CB would want too much in wages but Wood we are looking at I hope they don't miss out again

    I think this says it all about the lunacy in football. I think he has made 14 premiership appearances in an injury prone 3 years for Liverpool and they have made a profit of around 6 million pounds or more.

    Byram
    all as good if not better than we have in first 11 now IMO

    Smith
    Beradi
    Doukara
    are as good as some of the dross we have stealing a wage.

    The rest were ****e but not everyone saw it at the time.
    There were some that even made excuses for Smudger.

    But like everyone else he also ‘estimates’ and assumes transfer quoted as accurate when they are undisclosed. No one can do the maths without knowing the true figures.
